I am a practicing Herbalist with over 25 years of experience, a Certified Mindset Coach, Mindfulness Coach, Reiki Master, Ayurveda Practitioner, Wellness Lifestyle Advocate, and a lover of living life.
I am also the Founder and President of Center for the Well Being, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. I founded the Center for the Well Being to provide affordable access to complementary and alternative health and wellness services for people who want to have options to traditional western medicine, may not be able to afford alternative care, or who simply want to feel empowered and educated in their choices.
I was fortunate to have the opportunity to live in Turkey for 12 years where I expanded my western herbal foundation by incorporating the German holistic approach to natural healing as well as the use of Mediterranean herbs and folk remedies into daily life. This combined with my study of Ayurveda adds uniqueness to my “East meets West” herbal practice.
I have over 20 years of experience working within the large corporate environment and small business world both in the United States and also abroad; managing projects and large-scale global programs. My experience abroad helped to form my world-view perspective on what resonates with a diversity of cultures and backgrounds - what works for one person, doesn't necessarily work for another. Through combining my experience and expertise, I am able to personalize simplistic and effective programs for clients to heal, grow and bloom…wherever they may be planted.
Largely based on my own story of overcoming depression, anxiety, Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and the debilitating effects of Degenerative Disc Disease, I feel compelled and committed to both give-back and pay-it-forward simultaneously. I am grateful for the privilege to share of myself, serve my community, and the opportunity to help make a difference in the lives of others.
