I believe that it all starts with the mind. Mindset the key to all change... and a commitment to Self is the first step to make that happen.
HONOR THE BODY
Tending to the body is critical to having a healthy mind. We are given one body and caring for what we were given will strengthen how we care for our whole Self.
NOURISH THE SPIRIT
Nurturing the deeper spiritual connection to the soul to find clarity and purpose feeds
the fire of our Spirit, empowering us to grow into our true self… and therefor finding true happiness.

I’ve always felt that I had one but I wasn’t sure how to quite articulate it. I knew that I was put on this planet for a reason - from my life experiences that I’ve had… and survived. I know I’m here to help others in some capacity. Throughout my life I’ve always found myself rooting for the underdog, standing in their corner, and feeling
I’ve always felt that I had one but I wasn’t sure how to quite articulate it. I knew that I was put on this planet for a reason - from my life experiences that I’ve had… and survived. I know I’m here to help others in some capacity. Throughout my life I’ve always found myself rooting for the underdog, standing in their corner, and feeling other people’s pain, wanting to help them move through it and feel better. That probably had a lot to do with the fact that I had my own pain that I was trying to work through, so I could very much feel other people’s pain.
I really believe that my mission in life - or my purpose - is to empower others to be their best naturally through self-awareness, self-acceptance and self-love so that they can live a happy and fulfilling life of their choosing.
There are a lot of components to that…
EMPOWERING OTHERS
Having been someone who has walked through from despair to where I am now, I know what it takes to get there and I know that it’s down to the person to actually make that happen. No one else can do it for them, they have to do it for themselves. So, I help empower them and give them the strength when they think they don’t have it. There’s a saying about giving a man a fish and he can eat for a day or teach a man to fish and he can sustain himself for the rest of his life. And that is really what this component really means.
A NATURAL APPROACH
I have my own botanical line and I’ve been an herbalist for well over 30 years… which really shows my age! I love working with plants and doing things the natural way… not the pharmaceutical way, the natural way. This component is all about connecting to ourselves and using the gifts of the earth for healing and wholeness.
SELF-AWARENESS
This component is really about learning who we are at the deeper level. What people say that we are, is not what we are or who we are. It’s important that we go to the soul level and find out who we are and what we are doing here.
SELF-ACCEPTANCE
This component is about not judging yourself or being critical for the mistakes we make, the weakness we have because we all have our strengths, weaknesses and quirks… and all those little things about us that make us so unique and special and one of a kind! No one else on this planet is like me or like you. So, learning to accept that and work with that to our best advantage.
SELF-LOVE
And then there’s the SELF-LOVE component which a lot of people tend to shy away from and it sounds very trendy these days. But really at a deeper level, that self-love is doing things and taking care of ourselves as we would for someone we loved. We can think of it as taking care of a child in a loving manner, parents, a best friend, or a spouse. We’re no different. Showing ourselves that self-love makes all the difference in the world.
LIVING LIFE IN A HAPPY WAY OF OUR OWN CHOOSING
That doesn’t mean doing what our parents told us that we’re supposed to do because the family is all lawyers or all doctors and we are expected to follow step. Or maybe we don’t toe the line with the way we think about “stuff”. We all have one life and we all have to take our best shot at it. We don’t have two or three lives…just one.
All of these things are not complicated, but as simple as you chose to make them. We all have one shot at this thing called life, so don’t miss your chance at living it to the fullest!
