Living Well: It's all about the journey! is an 8-week coaching program designed to help those struggling with negative thinking habits, anxiety, and overwhelm get unstuck and find clarity naturally so they can align with their mind-body-spirit connection to make their mind a more peaceful place to be.


We delve deep into the mind-body-spirit connection and focus on how we can best bring ourselves into a state of balance, healing and wholeness. 


We go into depth in each of the components of the Mind-Body-Spirit triad over the 8 weeks:

Learn how to use herbs to support the body while we work on the mind.

Manage the Mind

It all starts with the mind. Mindset is the key to all change... and a commitment to Self is the first step to make that happen.

Honor the Body

Tending to the body is critical to having a healthy mind. We are given one body and caring for what we were given will strengthen how we care for our whole Self.

Nourish the Spirit

Nurturing the deeper spiritual connection to the soul to find clarity and purpose feeds the fire of our Spirit, empowering us to grow into our true self… and therefor finding true happiness. 

Program week-by-week

WHAT WE DO EACH WEEK

Each week, we focus on a specific topic aligned to one of the components of the Mind-Body-Spirit triad. This is what we cover in depth week-by-week...

WEEK 1: The Healthy Mind (Honor the Body)

(includes herbal products to help the mind focus and stay clear)

  • discover ways we can keep our mind healthy, properly nourished and cared for
  • explore holistic approaches to improving our mood, understanding patterns in our mood shifts and herbs that can help us transition through them
  • learn ways we can improve memory, keep the mind sharp and techniques for focus
  • discuss traditional western herbs, traditional eastern herbs and those used in Ayurveda to support a healthy mind

WEEK 2: Developing Self-Awareness (Manage the Mind)

  • look at patterns in the way we tend to think about and perceive what happens to us and how we explain things to ourselves and make sense of the world around us
  • understand our own emotions and moods and how to observe our thoughts without judgement and stay curious about our feelings
  • learn how to pay attention to how we tend to act and behave in certain situations so that we can understand our default responses, habits and tendencies 

WEEK 3: Trust the Process (Nourish the Spirit)

  • explore our outlook towards difficulties as a part of life, the struggles we experience and the deeper lessons for us behind them, and learning how to find joy no matter what
  • learn to see that challenging times are opportunities for growth and to develop a deeper relationship with the Divine
  • develop a better outlook to keep believing, have patience, and keep doing the right things

WEEK 4: Managing Stress and Anxiety (Honor the Body)

(includes herbal products to help manage anxiety and stress, address sleep issues, and fortify the body against the ravages of stress)

  • discover ways we can work with herbs to help relieve stress and anxiety while providing, mindset tips to manage negative thinking, and simple daily rituals to help stay centered and connected
  • explore holistic approaches to pain management without pharmaceuticals, calming the nervous system, healthy sleep habits, and mindset tips
  • focus on specific herbs - Schisandra, Lemon Balm, Rose, Tulsi, Scullcap, White Willow, Ashwagandha, and others - and how we can use these herbal allies to help us through times of stress and anxiety

WEEK 5: Rewire Negative Thinking Patterns (Manage the Mind)

  •  explore a powerful technique for reducing negative thinking patterns and the stress, anxiety or other negative emotions and moods they create
  • learn to identify and restructure the habitual ways we think, we can train our minds to think about the world in a more realistic and balanced way
  • create a personalized step-by-step action plan to learn how to assess and respond in a healthy and calm manner 
  • discuss common obstacles, challenges and responses to ensure continued growth and success

WEEK 6: Self-Acceptance (Nourish the Spirit)

  • identify ways we are told by others how we should think, act, do, feel, look and see how this has impacted our sense of self-acceptance and self-love
  • explore our self-talk habits and understand where they come from and how we can better respond to them
  • discover ways we can celebrate and validate ourselves, and learn to let go of things that are not healthy for us
  • explore ways that our spirituality can help us learn self-acceptance

WEEK 7: Holistic Well Being: From the Inside Out (Honor the Body)

(includes herbal products to help nourish the skin, the lymphatic system, liver function, and immune system)

  • explore way we can best take care of ourselves with herbs on the inside AND outside with specific herbs and seasonal plants that strengthen our immune system response and how best to use them
  • learn how to keep the lymphatic system functioning optimally and the digestive system on track
  • explore ways we can keep our skin healthy, properly nourished and cared for and looking its best
  • discover traditional anti-aging herbs and how to address specific skin issues

WEEK 8: Practicing Mindfulness (Manage the Mind)

  •  learn how to embrace the present and keep our attention in the present rather than the past or the future
  • explore daily practices to take the time to simply be and be able to observe our thoughts, feelings and sensations of the body without distraction or judgement
  • discover how to use the first few moments after waking to begin the day with calm 
  • learn how our attitudes transform our approach to life and become more comfortable with uncertainty
